HOW DO I ORDER MY BALLOONS?
Step 1 - Complete the Inquiry Form. Step 2 - You can expect to receive a response within 24 hours to go over all the details of your order's design. Step 3 - You will receive a price quote and digital mock-up to approve. Step 4 - We will reserve the date for your design and send you an invoice one week prior to your event.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
The sooner the better! We ask that all orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate last minute orders. (Rush Order fee $25)
CAN I DESIGN AND CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Yes! Your order is designed by you! You choose the balloon colors and accents, we are here to assist if needed. Check out our balloon bar to see our exclusive colors. We can order and create custom colors as well! We encourage you to send inspiration photos along with your design inquiry so we can see the style of design you are looking to create.
HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?
Our air-filled balloon creations can last week’s indoors! We use thick premium latex balloon's that are 100% opaque providing your design with rich and vibrant colors. The lifespan of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space they are in. We can’t guarantee the lifespan of balloons outdoors as there are many contributing factors involved such as the heat, sun, wind, rain etc.
ARE YOUR BALLOONS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes! Our balloons are 100% biodegradable. Foil balloons can be recycled.
DO MY BALLOON ARRIVE INFLATED?
Yes! All balloons arrive pre-inflated and assembled! For balloon garland installs, all balloons arrive inflated in sections and installed on site. Instillation time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of the garland and the location of the install.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, the local delivery and installation fee is $4 dollars per mile. ($30 minimum)

WHAT DO YOU USE TO HANG THE BALLOON GARLANDS?
We use wall safe 3M Command hooks to install our garlands on walls and other flat surfaces. (Here is an instructional video on how to remove them.)
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once you place your order, that time slot is reserved and materials are ordered for your event. If a cancellation is needed we will issue you a credit for future events only. As soon you know of a possible date change/cancellation let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
